In today’s busy lives, we often take great care of our faces, but we often forget to care for our hands and feet. I used to do the same. But the first time I tried a manicure and pedicure at home, I realized it wasn’t just about beauty, but also about self-care. It’s now part of my self-pampering routine.
My experience

Initially, I thought manicures and pedicures were only possible at a parlor, but after a little experimentation, I found it easy and fun to do them at home. Not only did it leave my hands and feet looking clean, but it also made me feel good from within.
Steps of Manicure (Hand Care)
First Step – Cleansing: First of all, I soak my hands in lukewarm water with some shampoo and salt for 5-10 minutes. This removes dirt and dead skin.
Second Step – Nail Shaping: Then I file my nails so that their shape looks beautiful.
Third Step – Cuticle Care: After applying cuticle softener, I gently push away the extra skin.
Fourth Step – Scrub & Massage: I clean my hands with a mild scrub and then massage with moisturizing cream. I like this step the most because it makes my hands very soft.
Last Step – Nail Polish: Finally, according to my mood, I apply nail polish, which makes my hands look even more beautiful.
Steps of Pedicure (Foot Care)
First Step – Soaking: I add lukewarm water, some shampoo and a few drops of essential oil in a tub and soak my feet for 10 minutes.
Second Step – Dead Skin Removal: I clean the dead skin with the help of pumice stone or foot scrub, which makes the feet soft.
Third Step – Nail Care: I cut the toenails in the right shape and file them.
Fourth Step – Massage: I give a light massage with cream or coconut oil. This feels very relaxing and removes tiredness from the feet.
Last Step – Nail Polish: Finally, I complete the look by applying my favourite nail paint on the toenails.

my little suggestion
